So whether this way of life is the first of its kind for you, or you are already well on your way to clean living The Paleo Way, organisation will be a massive help as you move forward with this phenomenal way of life.

Organisation will allow you to achieve everything you need to, to allow this journey to be fulfilling and successful.

What do I mean by being organised? Well let’s look at two major components of the program that will transform your body inside and out if you are organised. The food and fitness.

To be organised with the food component of this program, you will need to prepare your shopping lists, stock your pantry each week with the right stuff, and make time to cook your meals as often as possible. It is the combination of these three actions that will see you cooking fresh, clean, healthy food that nourishes you for life. If you drop the ball, and become unorganised, you run the risk of being left in a position where you are eating foods you don’t need or want to be consuming out of hunger, lack of preparation and lack of choice. Get sorted and stick to it guys.

You have the power in your hands to create the nutrition you deserve.

To be organised with the fitness program component of your program, you need to keep a diary of when you intend to train (and stick to it) and be prepared with suitable attire. You cannot expect to achieve the results if you do not put the effort in. So I suggest at the start of each week you pencil in your diary when you will do your fitness sessions and make sure you are prepped and ready to go each and every day, wherever you are. This might mean packing your workout gear to take to work so you can train in your lunch break or even laying the gear out on the end of the bed at night so that in the morning when the alarm goes off you are ready to get straight into it.

No more excuses guys. Make a diary, write your lists, do your shopping and stick to your program. I touch on goal setting in one of my videos, so check it out and make the commitment to yourself today, to be the best version of yourself.
