I truly hope you now view food as medicine, and also as fuel, and by listening to your body, you nourish it with the ingredients that will allow yourself to thrive and be the best version of you. The greatest thing about this journey is that doing all of this, tastes absolutely fantastic! I believe the Paleo Way is truly the most enjoyable way to eat food. It is flavoursome beyond belief.

By understanding how your body uses food, and by listening to the way it responds, you will have learnt that you are indeed eating less than you would have in the past, before going The Paleo Way. It is incredible how good quality fats and proteins, combined with vitamin and mineral packed vegetables can leave you feeling wonderfully full.

Well, this week I wanted to share a little recipe with you that is perfect for the days your body is telling you that you do not need a full meal. It’s my Kale and Avocado soup, and it is the perfect addition to your program if you’re craving some good fats and solid green hit.
