Hey guys, you know how much I love to wake up in the morning and challenge myself to a positive workout that gets my body moving and my brain working.

I hope you guys are really embracing the fitness side of this 10 week activation. I know some of you will be following my program to a tee, whereas other may be happy following your own routine that you have developed out of your interests, passions and fitness levels.

Whatever it is you do to fuel your body, I highly recommend trying it upon waking. There is an exhilarating feeling throughout the whole body when you start your day with some form of fitness. It might be as light as a work, or as intense as the tabata workout, whatever it may be, I trust it will put you in a wonderfully energetic mood for the rest of the day.

They key to powering through your morning after an early fitness session is the food you fuel your body with after your training. So remember, when going The Paleo Way, we have ditched the processed carbs and dairy, common staples in some households, and replaced them with good fats and proteins.
